Two recent projects,
start to finish.
A structural opening and garden decking in Peterhead.
This Peterhead home had two separate doors at the rear. We took both out and formed a single wide opening in their place, carried on a structural steel beam sized by an engineer before anything was cut.
Inside, we finished and made good around the new opening. Outside, we laid a large area of garden decking so the extra light and access led somewhere worth going. One team and one point of contact, from the first survey to the finished structural opening.
A bathroom and bedroom renovation in Inverbervie.
This Inverbervie project covered the bathroom and a bedroom rather than the whole house. The structural part was removing a brick wall, then fitting out the bathroom with new sanitaryware and running all the electrics and plumbing that went with it.
After that came the plastering, painting, tiling and joinery that turn a stripped back room into a finished one. As with every project, one project manager coordinated the trades and kept the owners informed from first survey to final handover.
